All our accommodation benefits from free parking in the car parks in the town. This is made possible via a tripartite agreement between PEC, Regen Northeast, Copeland, and Cleator Moor Town Council who rent the car parks from the Borough Council and return them for free.
All accommodation is available on an ‘easy in easy out’ occupancy agreement, allowing tenants the flexibility of immediately accessing available accommodation and requiring only one month’s notice of intention to leave. Conference and meeting rooms are also available at a unique flexible hourly rate, so you only pay for the time you need.
What Phoenix Enterprise Centre offers is much more than just a workplace. It is an established, professional business centre and community hub with experienced onsite staff.
PEC currently houses 30 Businesses across its property portfolio, with over 240 people employed. From sole traders, micro-businesses, and SMEs to established national organisations, all integrated within a very diverse working environment.
Scrufffy Dog Media became a tenant of Phoenix Enterprise Centre in 2011 after being attracted by:

Since then they have employed two new staff members and are currently looking into taking on an apprentice. They have also adapted one of their office spaces into a high-tech ‘4K’ editing suite.
