Access food from the Food Pantry
If you are finding it hard to afford shopping every week and are struggling to feed your family you could be eligible to access Phoenix Enterprise Centre’s Food Pantry based at Cleator Moor.
Help is available through our Advice & Guidance team who will work with you to ensure a better financial situation for you and your family. We offer a weekly supply of food, which is organised by our team of volunteers, and will be delivered to your door if you are unable to collect it yourself. You must be at home at the time of delivery as it will otherwise be returned to our base at Cleator Moor.

- Claiming benefit
- Waiting for benefit payments
- Working on low-income
- Been made redundant
- Trying to cope with debt
- Struggling to make ends meet
Tuesday is Food Pantry Day
Our staff and volunteers will be organising, packing and delivering food bags on Tuesdays.
Our Food Pantry Coordinator or one of the Advice & Guidance workers will give you an approximate time of delivery. Please make sure you or someone in your household is available to receive your food delivery, as it will otherwise be returned to our Cleator Moor base and you will have to arrange to collect it from there.
