The Start-up Scheme to realise your Business Dream
Phoenix Enterprise Centre (PEC) is looking to help three new business dreams get off the ground. Our aim is to strengthen the local entrepreneurial ecosystem in Cleator Moor, and we are offering to support three new businesses at every stage of their development. From start-up to sustainability and growth.
Through Cumbria Community Foundation we have secured funding to support three new start-ups for the first three months of business. Our business development and marketing team will be involved by offering business accommodation, advice and guidance, as well as local networking opportunities.

These are the PERCs the chosen three businesses can expect from this scheme:
- Rent free office/workspace as a tenant of Phoenix Enterprise Centre, Cleator Moor
- Use of Phoenix Enterprise Centre’s business services
- Business Start-up advice and guidance
- Marketing Support
- Collaborative input from our partners
